REV. DR. ELANGWE S. NAMAYA

Rev. Dr. Elangwe S. Namaya is a Presbyterian minister, administrator, scholar, author, and public intellectual with a strong commitment to Christian leadership, institutional development, and effective church governance. His ministerial and professional journey reflects a deep passion for serving God, strengthening institutions, and promoting responsible leadership within the Church and society.

With extensive experience in Presbyterian administration and ecclesiastical leadership, Rev. Dr. Namaya has developed a particular interest in the organizational structures, administrative systems, leadership patterns, and management practices that shape the effectiveness of Christian institutions. His work combines practical experience with critical reflection on the principles of accountability, stewardship, participatory leadership, institutional discipline, and strategic management.

His book, Organizational Structure and Management of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon (PCC), is a significant contribution to the understanding of the organizational and administrative framework of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon.
